Growing in South Australia: Introducing Adam Costantini as State Lead

We are thrilled to announce Adam Costantini as our South Australia State Lead!

Adam joined us a little over three years ago and quickly made his mark, strengthening our South Australia presence through impactful work with local, state and federal government clients.

Adam is a results-driven senior commercial professional and collaborative leader with more than 18 years’ experience supporting Government, primarily Defence, across service delivery, policy analysis, commercial strategy, procurement, contract management and capability development.

He is passionate about coaching and mentoring, and has served as a volunteer MBA mentor at Flinders University since 2023, helping shape the next generation of business leaders.

Adam was named our Employee of the Year in 2025 – described by his colleagues as ‘a true team player’ who is exceptional at juggling the demands of client roles, business networking and bid development.

Meet the SA team

Adam is joined by Engineering Practice Partner Trevor Woolley and Senior Manager Shane Parsons. Trevor is a senior Defence and industry leader with more than 35 years of experience spanning Defence, electronics manufacturing, and utilities. Shane brings extensive experience in complex financial environments across all areas of project controls, including cost control, schedule management, change management, and risk management.
