Trevor Woolley

Trevor is a senior Defence and industry leader with more than 35 years of experience spanning Defence, electronics manufacturing and utilities. He is recognised for his ability to bring structure, clarity and disciplined program execution to complex, high-risk environments. With more than 25 years working within Defence - both in uniform and through senior roles with major consulting firms and Defence Primes - Trevor has contributed to some of Australia’s most significant Defence acquisition and sustainment programs. His experience includes positions with QinetiQ, BAE Systems, Tenix Defence and Ball Aerospace, where he specialised in sustainment strategy, program delivery and systems engineering. Trevor has deep expertise in program management, strategy development and commercial delivery. He has played key roles in large Defence capital acquisition programs, predominantly across aerospace systems, and has led initiatives focused on improving program performance, standing up program management office (PMO) structures, driving business transformation and shaping organisational change. His experience also extends to business case development, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), and the establishment of sustainment frameworks for Defence materiel. Known for his strong interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership style, Trevor creates order and alignment in complex stakeholder environments. He builds shared understanding, strengthens governance and enables teams to deliver with confidence, clarity and purpose.
