Adam is a results-driven senior commercial professional with more than 18 years’ experience supporting Government, primarily Defence, across service delivery, policy analysis, commercial strategy, procurement, contract management and Defence capability development. He brings a strategic yet practical approach to delivering project and commercial outcomes across major domains including Infrastructure, Aerospace, Maritime and Joint.Adam’s early work at the Department of Human Services shaped his understanding of how public policy affects end users, guiding his commitment to delivering projects and designing commercial agreements that are fit for purpose and deliver real value to government and the community.
