Engage Us

Procurement can be complex. Luckily for you, it’s simple to engage us either directly or through one of the whole-of-government panels on which we are approved suppliers.

What gets us excited?

Let’s get authentic: we’re sussing you out too. There are things that make us super-excited to be working with you, and they’re a key part of whether we decide to respond to your request in the first place. Things we particularly love to see in your documentation:

  • Work that will have a positive impact on your organisation, your people and the community around you. We are purpose-driven people and that’ll get us excited every time.
  • Outcomes rather than outputs. Yes, we can create that product for you, but if we know a better way to achieve the same – or even better – outcome, wouldn’t you rather that? So we want to hear your clear north star vision and guidance on the terrain, and then be able to use our specialist knowledge to get you there in the best way possible. Plus, this also aligns with the Australian Government’s approach to outcomes-based contracting.
  • Flexible team structures and hours. Absolutely tell us the skillsets you need, but let us figure out at what level to resource it. This means we can adjust and respond throughout the engagement to ensure the best outcome in the most efficient way for you – which means we can take advantage of opportunities, surge when needed, and sometimes even provide you with value-added services.
