Luke Williamson

Luke is a highly experienced executive, management consultant and economist with 29 years in professional services and senior leadership. He is known for helping organisations navigate complexity, identify new opportunities and create enduring value.Luke has held executive roles across consulting, auditing and industry, including leading national consulting practices and capability groups. He is a former CEO of a national health industry peak body and currently serves as an elected councillor with a regional NSW council, bringing a practical understanding of governance, public value and community impact.Throughout his career, Luke has worked on complex, mission-critical challenges across border security, national defence, health, human services, and the power and water sectors. His broad industry exposure and strategic mindset enable him to bring insight, clarity and commercial discipline to multifaceted policy and operational problems.Outside his consulting work, Luke and his wife Louise operate a diversified farming enterprise. In 2023, they were recognised as the Snowy Monaro Region Farmers of the Year. Luke is married with two children and brings the same grounded, community-oriented perspective to his professional work as he does to his life on the land.
