Her subsequent private sector experience, including delivering services to government agencies, gives her a distinctive dual-lens perspective that strengthens every project she leads.

A specialist in commercial management, Kylie oversees the full lifecycle of complex procurements and contracts, from tender design and negotiation through to project management and delivery. She is equally skilled in corporate strategy development, organisational change, and the preparation of high-stakes policy and Cabinet submissions. These capabilities were sharpened through years working in politically sensitive and highly scrutinised environments.
