Kris is a seasoned senior engineering leader with more than 18 years’ experience delivering complex systems for Defence and industry across Australian and international programs. He spent 15 years with CEA Technologies as a lead design engineer before moving into consulting roles with KBR and Nova Systems, where he worked extensively with CASG on major acquisition and sustainment programs.As a Lead Engineer, Kris has guided multi-million-dollar CASG acquisition projects from Gate 0 through to in-service introduction. Having worked both above and below the line, he brings a balanced, end-to-end understanding of the engineering lifecycle and a deep appreciation of client needs throughout design, delivery, and sustainment.Kris provides targeted, high-value engineering advice underpinned by broad technical depth and experience across multiple disciplines. He is committed to enabling high-performing engineering teams that are aligned to values, vision, and long-term ambitions.
