He specialises in diagnosing workforce and performance challenges and designing practical, scalable solutions that equip operational teams with the skills, structures, and support needed to deliver organisational outcomes. His consulting work has centred on workforce planning, workforce alignment, performance optimisation, and business process and guidance improvement. He has supported clients across Agriculture, Environment, Home Affairs, Industry, the Attorney-General’s portfolio, Sports Integrity Australia, and multiple state regulatory bodies.Kevin also brings extensive experience partnering with Australia’s regional neighbours, particularly in South-East Asia and the Pacific, where he has contributed to election management, electoral security, and leadership capability development.A highly effective facilitator, Kevin thrives in workshop environments that require constructive dialogue, clarity of purpose, and inclusive engagement.
