Kat is a highly experienced finance manager with more than 15 years in senior roles across consulting and the Australian Public Service. With a strong accounting background and broad cross-industry experience, she delivers practical, reliable financial leadership that strengthens organisational performance and supports effective decision-making.Kat has worked with a wide range of government agencies including Defence, Health, Resources, Energy and Tourism, Human Services and Infrastructure, as well as major consulting firms such as Synergy and PwC. This experience has given her a deep understanding of financial operations, governance and the complexities of working in stakeholder-rich environments.Her core strengths span internal and external budgeting, strategic and operational financial management, financial advisory, program and project management, stakeholder engagement and business process improvement. Kat combines technical financial expertise with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach, helping organisations operate with confidence, clarity and strong financial stewardship.
