Ivan is a highly experienced procurement and project management specialist with more than 25 years supporting complex Commonwealth programs. He has led all phases of client-side project management, including business case development, tender assessment, tender document preparation, contract review and contractor performance monitoring. His work has delivered significant capability infrastructure outcomes within the Defence environment.Ivan brings extensive knowledge of Commonwealth procurement and tendering processes, gained through many years working on Defence projects.
