Her adaptable and transformational leadership style enables her to guide diverse teams and manage complex programs and projects with confidence and clarity.Des brings deep technical expertise in the application of Australia’s Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and Information Security Manual (ISM), ARPANSA Radiation Protection Security, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Nuclear Security Series, as well as implementation of PSPF protocols, ISM, IAEA and ASIO technical requirements for design and development of security solutions.With a strong blend of people-centred leadership and technical security expertise, Des brings both strategic insight and practical capability to every environment she supports.
