Dean is a seasoned Defence professional with more than 28 years of experience across military, government and industry environments. His career began in the Royal Australian Air Force within the IT and Communications stream, where he developed deep technical expertise before transitioning into Systems Engineering roles within CIOG. Over time, Dean expanded into senior management positions, bringing a strong combination of technical insight and strategic leadership.Across the past 15 years, Dean has served as a company owner, business development manager and senior executive within the Defence industry. His experience spans business strategy, stakeholder engagement, recruitment, workforce management and program management, enabling him to drive organisational performance and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.Dean is recognised for his ability to build strong relationships, lead diverse teams and navigate complex Defence environments, consistently contributing to capability development and long-term organisational success.
