Annette is an experienced management consultant with more than 20 years working across the Commonwealth Government and the not-for-profit sector. She brings a strong blend of commercial acumen, operational insight and a pragmatic, people-centred approach to organisational improvement.Annette began her career in the NFP sector, helping organisations strengthen their financial sustainability through business improvement, operational efficiency and disciplined financial management. She later joined Defence Housing Australia, where she led corporate shared services and business improvement initiatives before transitioning into management consulting.As a consultant, Annette has supported a range of federal agencies, including Geoscience Australia, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, IP Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and the Department of Defence. Operating in multi-vendor, fast-paced environments, she has developed a reputation for sound judgement, discretion and exceptional organisational and time-management capability.Annette’s expertise spans business process redesign, change management, submission drafting and review, operational and project-based contract management, and effective stakeholder engagement.
