Leigh Redman – Principal
Leigh is a multi-skilled consultant with experience in strategic review, business improvement and strategic sourcing.
She has conducted procurement and contract management activities for the Department of Defence, Department of Immigration and Border Patrol, Department of Human Services, and Defence Housing Authority. Further to this, Leigh has delivered the outcomes of these processes.
Business improvement activities are Leigh’s forte – including identifying organisational areas for improvement and building on opportunities using better practice comparisons. She is able to grasp business requirements quickly and understand concepts to integrate strategic functions. She is proficient in problem definition and resolution, possessing highly developed business process engineering skills.
Additionally, Leigh has completed strategic reviews for government departments – aimed at identifying their current operating state and model future state – and is capable of developing roadmaps to assist departments to respond to the call for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Leigh has a proven ability to create and manage effective working relationships with stakeholders including team members, service providers and the client, and draws upon these relationships to achieve required outcomes. This has been a significant factor in the delivery of projects within required timeframes to ensure continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
