Kerri-Ann Organ – Office Administrator
Kerri-Ann is a croquet enthusiast with an extensive background in prehospital emergency healthcare and perioperative nursing.
She has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare system including 12 years as a Paramedic for Ambulance Victoria. Within this role, Kerri-Ann spent six years as a Paramedic Clinical Instructor. This entailed managing, assessing and mentoring new paramedic graduates.
Highly competitive, Kerri-Ann enjoys the challenge of croquet and excels in team environments. Kerri-Ann has victoriously represented Victoria in Association Croquet on several occasions.
While competing, she has also undertaken numerous volunteer and committee appointments over the past 10 years including Secretary of the Eastern Park Croquet Club and Treasurer of the Belmont Croquet Club. Currently, Kerri-Ann is also an Australian Croquet Association Referee.
Throughout her career, Kerri-Ann’s areas of expertise have included responding calmly and efficiently in high pressure situations, critical thinking and problem solving. She establishes rapport easily with others due to her personable nature and works well independently or as part of a team.
