Nick Chapman – Partner
Nick is a management consultant who has worked as an employee of, and provided consulting services to, the federal and state government for almost 20 years.
Nick’s career began at the Office of National Assessments as a Research Officer and Foreign Liaison Officer. Over the last decade, he has been a consultant to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, the Department of Finance, the Department of Defence, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Australian Taxation Office. Nick has also worked with a host of smaller agencies, including the Bureau of Meteorology,
Nick’s core skills comprise cost estimation, activity based costing, government service costing and pricing, financial modelling, tender evaluation, NPP development, and shared services policy and implementation. Nick has also supported large engagements with change management, risk management, business case development and policy development. He has a deep understanding of the Commonwealth financial management framework.
