Brendan Egan

For-Purpose and Community Lead

Brendan is a highly experienced management professional and has been a senior executive in the for-purpose sector for more than 14 years.

Brendan has worked across several fields, including primary health, aged care, community services, social housing, arts and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander policy. He also has extensive experience in strategic planning, governance, business management and stakeholder engagement.

Before joining the Parbery team, Brendan held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) with Capital Health Network Limited. In this role, Brendan was part of the executive leadership team and provided strategic advice to the CEO and board of the company. Managing a diverse team, he delivered a range of solutions and initiatives, maintained relationships with external stakeholders, and held the position of secretary, all while fulfilling the responsibilities of the COO.

Brendan is passionate about developing better social outcomes for the community. He is particularly interested in leading organisations to create lasting and effective change. His extensive executive career and diversity of experience ensure that he consistently excels in the roles he holds. He embraces new challenges and welcomes opportunities to apply his skills and experience for positive impact.
